用铝衬管免处理胶辊纺氨纶包芯纱的实践

摘    要:为了提高氨纶包芯纱的质量水平,从工艺配置、纺专器材优选等多方面进行试验研究,分析了纺氨纶包芯纱时细纱胶辊的要求及微处理胶辊的纺纱特性,重点对胶辊后处理方法进行优选,介绍了BYC-2166型胶辊的性能,并对胶辊的制作要点及维护保养提出了建议。实践表明选用BYC-2166型铝衬管免处理胶辊,对其表面进行1∶5涂料微处理后纺制氨纶包芯纱,其成纱质量指标优良,生活稳定。

Abstract:In order to improve the quality of the core yarn of spandex,trial research is made regarding process configuration and the optimization of the accessories and parts. Analysis is done of the cot request in production of core yarn of spandex and the spinning performance of the micro-treated cot, highlight is given to selection of the after-treatment methods. Introduction is done to the performance of the cot BYC-2166. Suggestion is put forth including manufacturing and maintenance cautions. Production practice proves that the alu-lined free treatment cot BYC 2166 is of good quality index in production of core yarn of spandex and of stable start-up of new products provided that it is micro-treated with coatings in proportion of 1 : 5.
