| 摘 要： | 随着人们保健意识的不断增强,药食同源的黑木耳越来越受到人们的喜爱。黑木耳含有丰富的活性营养成分,具有多种医疗保健作用。黑龙江省是黑木耳主产区,产量和质量都位居世界首位,大力发展黑木耳精深加工市场前景广阔。本文就黑龙江省黑木耳的加工进展与开发前景进行了综述,旨在为黑龙江省黑木耳加工提供重要的参考依据。

| Abstract: | As people＇s health consciousness increase, Auricularia auricular which belongs to the homology of medicine and food has been more and more popular with people. AuricuIaria auricular is rich in nutritional and active components and has a wide range of health care functions. Heilongjiang province is the main production area of Auricularia auricular. The yield and quality of Auricularia auricular rank the first place in the world. To develop the deep processing of Auricularia auricular has broad market prospects. The paper reviewed processing progress and development prospect of Auricularia auricular in Heilongjiang province, in order to provide reference for further research and development of processing products of Auricularia auricular. |
