| 摘 要： | 根据十多年的工作经验，就目前建设项目经济评价中的价格、成本等参数的确定，对评价指标可靠性、可比性的影响进行论述，建设性地提出建立经济评价时的价格、成本等数据库，使各项目的经济评价处于公平起点。建议加强项目市场预测的专业性，使可行性研究报告的结论更加真实。

| Abstract: | Based on the author's experience of ten years the paper introduces the definition of the price, cost and other factors in economic evaluation of construction project and discuss the reliability and comparability of the evaluation index. In order to ensure all economic evaluations are in impartial starting point author constructively proposes to build the database of the price, cost and other factors in economic evaluation. Intensifying the market forecast the feasibility report will be more actual. |
