电磁脉冲模拟器用纳秒脉冲源的研制

摘    要:随着电磁武器的发展,电磁脉冲及其防护技术再次成为关注的焦点。简要介绍了核电磁脉冲模拟器的标准电场波形和脉冲源的组成及其基本原理,论述了脉冲分压器的设计。分析显示,所研制的新型电阻分压器可以减少响应时间和上升时间3ns以上。实验结果表明,该分压器可以用于上升时间为1ns以上脉冲的测量。研制的脉冲源的输出脉冲满足设计要求,峰值电压高于26kV,上升时间小于2.8ns,下降时间约55ns。

Abstract:With the development of electromagnetic weapon, electromagnetism pulse and its protection technology become a focus problem interested by every big country. This paper introduces the standard electric field wave of EMP simulator briefly, simply presents the composition of the pulse source and its basic principle, and discusses the designs including the adjustable high voltage DC source, the gas spark gap and its trigger circuit, as well as the pulse resistance divider. Simulation results show that response time and the rising time of the resistance divider are both reduced more than 3 ns. The experiment result indicates that this divider can meet the requirement of rising time more than 1 ns. The double exponent wave produced by this pulse source fulfils the design, with its peak voltage higher than 26 kV, rising time less than 2.8 ns, and dropping time about 55 ns.
