大孔活性碳纤维的初探

摘    要:活性碳纤维的孔大小和结构对于被吸附物质的分子大小起着决定作用。使用常规方法只能获得孔宽度小于 2nm的微孔活性活性碳纤维 ,近年来采用一些特殊方法也只能获得中孔型。本实验采用高膨润度值的粘胶纤维 ,在国内首次制得了表面具有大孔分布的大孔活性碳纤维 ,以浓度为4 0g/L的磷酸三铵溶液浸泡 ,获得的活性碳纤维表面大孔覆盖率达 3个 / μm2 ,其大孔主要分布在 5 0~2 0 0nm之间

Abstract:The diameters of adsorbates are determined by the diameters of pores in activated carbon fiber(ACF). But with the common methods, only the 2-nm-micropore activated carbon fiber was obtained. In the recent years, mesopore-ACF was obtained through some special ways. In this paper, the viscose fibers with a high swellability were used as raw materials and activated carbon fibers covered with macro-pores on the surface were firstly achieved in China. After soaking in the 40g/L phosphate solution, the macropore-ACF was achieved with 3 macropores per square micrometer. The diameter of macropores in the surface was distributed mainly in the range between 50nm and 200nm.
