| 摘 要： | 针对热轧厂1 780mm油膜轴承润滑系统润滑油含水量高(5%～10%),难以分离,以及油中气泡、杂质含量大等问题,采用TYZX高黏度自动净油系统对一用一备的两个65 m3油箱的净油系统进行了改造,实现了自动控制、水分检测、油温控制、过滤、油水自动分离等功能,提高了润滑油油品的清洁度,延长了润滑油的使用寿命,为油膜轴承及润滑系统的安全、稳定运行提供了良好条件,为企业带来了明显的经济效益。

| Abstract: | For the 1 780mm oil film bearing lubrication system,as its lubrication oil contains 5%-10% water,it is difficult to separate water from oil.Besides,there are some other problems,such as oil bubbles and impurities.The TYZY high viscosity automatic oil purifier system is used to modify the oil purifier with two 65 m3 tanks(one is being used and the other for backup) to achieve the automatic control,water testing,oil temperature control,filtration,oil automatic separation and so on.It improved lubricating oil ... |
