| 摘 要： | 企业文化是一种新的企业经营管理方式。它是继古典科学管理、行为科学后又一次新的管理革命，但是，由于时间太短，在企业文化的认识和建设上，还存在不同认识。本文旨在深入探讨企业文化并提出一些思路，以引起更深层次地讨论。
