| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了用同一根C18柱,在同一色谱条件下,以甲醇和冰乙酸水溶液为流动相,紫外检测器,对百菌清和甲霜灵复配制剂进行定量分析。该方法的标准偏差分别为0.01和0.02,变异系数分别为0.01%和0.18%,线性相关系数分别为0.9998和0.9991,平均回收率分别为99.9%和99.7%。

| Abstract: | The method for quantitative analysis for mixture formulation of chlorothalonil and metalaxyl was established by HPLC with C18 coloumn at UV210, methanol and water =70+30 (v/v) as mobile phase. The results showed that the standard deviation for chlorothalonil and metalaxyl was 0.01 and 0.02; the coeffient of variation was 0.01% and 0.18%; the linear corrletion was 0.9998 and 0.9991; the recovery was 99.9% and 99.7%. |
