银纳米粒子比色传感器的研究进展

摘    要:基于银纳米粒子的表面等离子体共振光谱的比色检测,因其具有简便、高效、经济的特点而受到了国内外学者的广泛关注。此检测方法基于颜色的改变和纳米粒子的团聚来检测不同的分析底物。本文综述了银纳米粒子作为比色传感器的合成及性能。

Abstract:Colorimetric assay based on the unique surface plasmon resonance properties of silver nanoparticles had received considerable attention due to its simplicity,high sensitivity and low cost.The color change associated with the aggregation of metal nanoparticles led to the development of colorimetric-based assays for a variety of target species.The synthesis and properties of colorimetric probes based on silver nanoparticles were summarized.
