| 摘 要： | 从宁夏全社会用电实际情况出发,对目前优化社会用电模式的必要性进行了分析,提出了优化社会用电模式的方法,有效引导用电企业改变落后的用电方式,降低生产用电成本,优化电力资源配置,促进节能减排,达到发电、供电、用电企业共赢。

| Abstract: | Starting with the practical situation of Ningxia social power utilization, analyzes the the necessity of optimizing social power utilization mode, puts forward the methods of optimizing social power utilization mode, in order to make power utilization enterprise change the behindhand power utilization mode, decrease the cost of power utilization for production, optimizes the electric power resources allocation, promotes the energy saving and reducing waste voidance, achieves the power generation, power supply and power utilization enterprises all can get the benefits |
