摘    要:Irganox 121是受阻酚类抗氧剂,在聚烯烃塑料中得到了广泛的应用.在以3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯与环己醇为原料,有机锡为催化剂,甲苯为溶剂合成了抗氧剂Irganox121的基础上.考查了催化剂、反应时间及物料配比等因素对反应的影响,确定了反应的最佳条件.在此条件下,合成产物收率在97%以上,纯度较高,并通过元素分析、红外光谱分析、核磁氢谱对产品进行了组成结构表征.

Abstract:Irganoxl21 is a hindered phenol antioxidant. It is widely used in polyolefin. In this paper, it is prepared by methyl-3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4- hydroxyphenyl) propionate and cyclohexanol in the presence of organic-tin as the catalyst and toluene as the solvent. The influence of catalyst, reaction time and molar ratio of raw materials on the product yield are studied. The optimum reaction conditions are determined and developed. On these conditions, the product yield can be up to 97% with a high purity. The composition and structure of product is characterized by element analysis, IR, and 1HNMR.
