| 摘 要： | 螺旋板式换热器是一种结构紧凑且传热系数较大的换热器。随着换热设备的面积趋向于逐渐增大,采用传统结构的螺旋板换热器外圈板制造难度越来越大,且经常由于制造精度的影响而无法满足强度的要求,针对这种现状,提出对螺旋板换热器外圈板的改进。

| Abstract: | Spiral heat exchanger is a kind of compact heat exchanger with larger heat transfer coefficient. As the area of heat exchanger tend to increase gradually, the manufacturing cost and manufacturing difficulty of the heat exchanger with traditional structure were increased significantly, and often due to the influence of manufacturing precision unable to meet the requirements of strength, according to the status quo, put forward improvement the plate tail structure process of spiral heat exchanger. |
