Quality Control of TDI Double Tube Sheet Exchanger Fabrication

This paper introduces the structure characteristics of TDI double tube-sheet heat exchanger and the deep-hole intensity expanding technology, briefly describes the key points of quality control in the manufacturing process. By simulation of tube-sheet, the inner tube-sheet expanding process evaluation method is completed, taking the control tube hole machining precision, expanded joint strength, tube-sheet assembly, adjustment slot spacing and width, easily arrange reasonable welding sequence, choose appropriate measures such as expanding pressure; adopted a new inspection and testing technology, ensure the product quality. Add the pressure sensor, perfect the safety monitoring system.
