组态王和PLC在机械手臂控制系统的应用

摘    要:根据机械手臂的特点和控制要求,将西门子S7-200PLC和组态王组态软件用于机械手臂控制系统,介绍了相应的硬件设计和软件编程,并给出了利用OPC技术实现组态王与S7-200的通讯链接。利用组态王组态软件模拟现场画面、人机界面简单明了,方便易用。实际应用表明,由S7-200PLC和组态王软件构成的控制系统具有成本低廉、经济实用、可靠性高等特点。

Abstract:According to the characteristics and requirements of the mechanical arm, S7-200 PLC and Kingview configuration software were used in mechanical arm control system. Hardware design and software programming were introduced. The communication connection between Kingview and S7-200 by using OPC technology was given. The menus of the real scenes were simulated with the Kingview configuration software. The HMI was simple and easy to use. The actual application shows that the control system based on S7-200 PLC and Kingview software is cheap, economical and highly reliable.
