覆膜支撑剂长期导流能力评价

摘    要:压裂支撑剂的长期导流能力对油气井的压裂效果和压裂有效期具有重要影响。为了正确评价覆膜支撑剂作为压裂支撑剂的有效性,用裂缝导流仪首次在国内对覆膜支撑剂的长期导流能力进行了评价,并对实验后的样品进行了电镜观察。从实验结果分析中发现,覆膜陶粒支撑剂的长期导流能力早期随时间变化急剧降低,7 d后变化趋缓,其值明显低于短期导流能力,而且长期导流能力比短期导流能力实验后的覆膜陶粒支撑剂涂层破坏明显;单涂层砂比双涂层砂长期导流能力效果好。

Abstract:The long term flow conductivity of proppant will have great impact on fracturing effects and period of validity. In order to assess on the effectiveness of coated proppant, this study carried out the evaluation study on the long term flow conductivity for the coated proppant firstly by fracture flow conductivity equipment, and observed those samples after long term experiments under electron microscope. After analyzing the results from lab tests, this study found out that the long term flow conductivity decreased sharply by the time at the early stage, then started to slow down after 7 days or so; its value was obviously lower, and the damage on the coating material was much more serious than that of short term flow conductivity; and the long term flow conductivity of single coated sand is better than that of double coated one.
