长北气田地面工程技术

摘    要:长北气田由中石油与壳牌石油公司合作开发,其地面工程技术充分吸收了国内外的成熟做法,并遵循壳牌公司的《设计和工程实施规范》(DEP)标准,形成了独特的开发模式。通过对长北气田井丛生产系统、干线集输系统、低温分离脱水脱烃系统、甲醇回收系统、凝析油稳定系统及外输计量系统的介绍和分析,总结出以“丛式水平井开发、气液混合输送、天然气集中处理、各套装置相对独立、重要设备留有备用、设备选型先进”为主的适合长北气田的地面工程技术特点。该地面工程技术具有6个优点:流程简化,节约成本;远程监控,统一管理;多重控制,确保安全;双回路供电,万无一失;气田防腐,多重保护;分区清管,统一收球。实际运行表明,脱水脱烃、凝析油稳定、甲醇回收等装置系统运行稳定,各项参数基本符合设计要求。

Abstract:The Changbei Gas Field is jointly developed by PetroChina and Royal Dutch Shell. Its surface engineering has fully integrated the mature practices of China and foreign countries and conforms to the DEP standard of Shell whereby a unique development model has been formed. This paper summarized the characteristics of the surface projects suitable for Changbei Gas Field based on the "development of the multiwell cluster horizontal well, gas liquid mixed flow, natural gas centralized treatment, relative independence of each facilities, backup of major facilities, advanced selection of equipments" through the introduction and analysis of multiwell cluster production system, trunk line gathering system, low temperature separation dehydration and de hydrocarbon system, methanol recovery system, gas condensate stabilization system and metering system. The surface engineering technology has the following six advantages: simplified flowsheet and cost effective; remote control and integrated management; multi control to ensure security; absolutely safe double return circuit power supply; gas field anti corrosion and multiple protection; division pigging and uniform recycling. The dehydration and de hydrocarbon system, gas condensate stabilization system and methanol recovery system all ran stably and each parameter basically conforms the design requirement.
