天然气过滤器气液分离性能的实验研究

摘    要:不同气源的天然气不仅含有固体粉尘,还含有水和轻烃等液滴成分,要求过滤分离器具有高效的除液性能,目前对过滤器的气液分离性能研究较少。为此, 以癸二酸二辛酯(DOS)为实验介质,采用称重法对天然气过滤器的气液分离性能进行了实验研究。主要考察滤芯表面滤速、气体含液浓度和液滴平均粒径对滤芯压降及过滤效率等方面的影响。结果表明:①气液分离时滤芯的压降变化与气固分离时有较大的不同,气液过滤开始的一段时间里,滤芯的压降缓慢升高,达到临界值后压降迅速升高到某一数值,之后压降基本保持稳定;②气液分离过程中,滤芯具有较好的聚结性能,聚结得到的液体所占比例较大;③丝网对气流中夹带的液滴有一定收集作用,但捕获的液滴所占比例较小;④随着滤芯表面滤速的增加,滤芯的气液分离性能也随之提高;液滴粒径和气体含液量对滤芯的气液分离性能有重要影响,过滤效率随液滴粒径和气体含液量增大而增加。

Abstract:Because the natural gas from different sources contains not only powder solids but also liquid droplets like water and light hydrocarbon, the filtration separator needs a high property of removing liquid from the gas. However, such studies on this issue are unfortunately limited at present. Therefore, taking dibutyl dioctyl ester (DOS) as the lab medium, this study carried out lab tests on gas/liquid separation property of gas filters by the weight method. The important purpose of this study was to investigate on how the filtration results and pressure drop on the filtering element were influenced by filtering speed through the surface of the filtering element, aerosol concentration, and the average particle diameter of liquid droplets. This study showed the obtained results as follows: (1) pressure drop happened to gas/liquid separation is rather different from that to gas/solid separation, i. e., the pressure drop in gas/liquid separation rose slowly at the initial time during the filtering, after a certain value then rose rapidly till up to a threshold value, and kept stable after then; (2) during the process of gas/liquid separation, filtering element accumulated significantly large amount of liquid; (3) the silk screen accumulated relatively small amount of liquid; (4) along with the increment of filtering speed, the property of gas/liquid separation would be enhanced; and (5) the average diameter of liquid particles and aerosol concentration also have great effects on the gas/liquid separation, and the efficiency of separation would increase by the augment of the average diameter of liquid particles and aerosol concentration.
