超细(Ba,Sr)TiO_3基陶瓷电容器的掺杂改性研究

摘    要:为了得到性能优良的超细电容器陶瓷,采用改进的溶胶 ̄凝胶法制备高纯、超细Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3粉体,所得粉体平均粒径为50~100nm。同时掺杂MgO,ZnO,MnO,Bi2O3,Y2O3等物质,利用(Ba,Sr)TiO3混合粉体研究超细晶(Ba,Sr)TiO3(BST)功能陶瓷的制备,并分析微量元素的掺杂和烧结温度对BST陶瓷介电性能和表面显微结构的影响,得到了介电常数为2203,介质损耗为0.004的BST陶瓷。

Abstract:In order to obtain ultra-fine ceramic for capacitors with good properties,the highly pure ultra-fine (Ba,Sr)TiO3 powder was prepared by the advanced sol-gel method and the average size of powder was between 50 nm and 100 nm. The preparation technology of ultra-fine (Ba,Sr)TiO3(BST) functional ceramics using (Ba,Sr)TiO3 powders with addition of the dopants MgO,ZnO,MnO,Bi2O3,Y2O3 as raw material was studied, and effect of the dopants and sintering temperature on dielectric properties and microstructure of BST ceramics was analyzed. Dielectric constant and dielectric loss could reach 2 203 and 0.004 respectively .
