摘    要:低温等离子消毒技术因其具有快捷、安全和高效率等优点而受到国内外广泛研究。利用介质阻挡放电产生等离子体原理,并利用DSP处理器的高速处理数据的能力,研制了一种等离子消毒电源。通过采用基于DSP的Fuzzy-DPLL复合数字锁相环算法,实现了对负载频率的可靠跟踪和对逆变状态的可靠控制。

Abstract:The technology of the low-temperature sterilization has been researched by all over the world because of its many advantages such as fast,safe and high efficiency.Based on the theory of dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)and plasma sterilization,and adapts the DSP with its ability of high speed processing data,has made a new low-temperature plasma power supply.According to the application of Fuzzy-DPLL based on DSP,the power supply can track the load resonant frequency rapidly and accurately.
