光交叉连接用三维MEMS技术

摘    要:随着密集波分复用Density Wavelength Division Multiplexing(DWDM)]技术的迅速发展,在高速光传送网中,光交换设备逐渐成为限制网络通信速度的瓶颈,而基于微电子机械系统Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems(MEMS)]技术的光交叉连接设备被认为是未来高速光网络中节点设备的首选.本文对MEMS的光交叉连接结构进行了介绍,并对三维MEMS的光交叉连接结构的部分性能进行了研究和分析,最后讨论了基于三维MEMS结构的光分插复用器在全光通信网中的应用.

Abstract:Along with the rapid development of the technology of DWDM,optical switching devices gradually become the bottle-neck to limit the speed of communication network.Optical cross-connecting(OXC) devices based on micro-electromechanical systems(MEMS) technology are believed to be the first choice as a node of the future high-speed optical network.Optical cross-connecting architecture based on MEMS is introduced in detail.Research and analysis are done on part of the performance of the optical cross-connecting architecture based on three dimensions(3D) MEMS.Finally,the application of optical add-drop multiple(OADM) devices based on 3-D MEMS architecture in the all-optical network are discussed.
