直接电解生产含锆和稀土的电工铝合金的电化学研究

摘    要:本文采用循环伏安法和计时电流法研究了直接电解生产含锆和稀土的耐热电工铝合金的电化学过程。结果表明,冰晶石熔体中,锆在石墨电极上的还原过程是可逆的,该过程分两步进行,每步均转移两个电子,其还原电位分别为-0.7V和-1.1V。铈在石墨电极上的还原过程是不可逆的,该过程也分两步进行,其还原电位为-0.3V和-1.2V。锆和铈在石墨电极上的共析过程中,锆和铈的还原过程互不影响,可以在一定的还原电位下共同还原。

Abstract:The electrochemistry process of Directly Electrolytic heat-resisting Al-Zr-RE Conductors was investigated by means of cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry.The results showed that the processes of deoxidation of Zr and Ce on the graphite electrode have two steps in the melts of cryolite.The processes of deoxidation of Zr were reversible,and two electrons per step were transferred at-0.7 Volt and-1.1Volt in the reduction process of Zr element;however,the processes of deoxidation of Ce were nonreversible and the deoxidizations of Ce were-0.3 Volt and-1.2 Volt.The processes of deoxidation of Zr and Ce were independence and they were not affected each other.
