水可分散聚酯多元醇结晶行为和热性能的研究

摘    要:本文采用己二酸(AA)、间苯二甲酸二甲酯-5-磺酸钠(SIPM)分别与乙二醇(EG)、丁二醇(BDO)、二缩三乙二醇(TEG)进行缩聚反应,合成了一系列水可分散型共聚酯,考察了醇酸摩尔比、温度以及反应时间等因素对反应体系的影响。通过热降解(TGA)法和广角X-射线衍射(WAXD)法等方法,研究了共聚酯的结构与耐热性能的关系。结果表明:用乙二醇制备的共聚酯结晶规整度最好,其结晶度、耐热性随着体系中SIPM的含量增加而下降,用二缩三乙二醇制备的共聚酯有较好的耐热性能,由于热降解机理不同,用乙二醇制备的聚酯热降解曲线为两步,其后期的稳定性好于由丁二醇制备的聚酯。

Abstract:A series of products of sulfopolyester were synthesized by condensation polymerization of adipic acid, dimethyl-5-sodiosulfoisophthate and diol. The influence of mole rate of diol vs. acid, reaction temperature, catalysts and vacuum tightness on condensation polymerization were discussed.The relationship between the structure and thermal stability of the copolyesters were studied by WAXD and TGA. It is shown that the crystallinity and thermal stability of copolyesters decreased with increasing content of SIPM. The mechanism of thermal degradation of the sulfopolyester made from glycol is different from that of the sulfopolyester made from glycol, which result in the thermal degradation process of the sulfopolyester made from glycol was a two-steps reaction, and the thermal stability is higher.
