银精矿预氧化湿法提银工艺研究

摘    要:利用KClO3作氧化剂,对银精矿进行氧化预处理,考察了盐酸浓度、氧化剂加入量、亚硫酸钠浓度和浸出时间对银浸出率的影响。在盐酸3mol/L、氧化剂为矿量的5%、亚硫酸钠250g/L、2h、50~60℃条件下,银的浸出率平均达94.85%,所得银粉品位高达96%以上。

Abstract:The KClO_3 is used as oxidant to pretreat silver concentrate, the effecting factors such as muriatic acid concentration, KClO_3 adding amount, the sodium sulphite concentration and the time on silver leaching rate are discussed. The average silver leaching rate is 94.85%, silver powder contains more than 96% Ag on the following condition: HCl 3mol/L, 250g/L sodium sulphit, 2h, 50~60℃, oxidant is 5 percent of the ore.
