摘    要:文章对石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫装置中被广泛采用的湿磨制浆和石灰石粉制浆系统从设备、工艺流程、技术经济等方面进行了分析比较。针对1000 MW机组工程石灰石耗量较大的特点,从电厂长期运行角度出发,推荐采用技术成熟、运行经济的石灰石湿磨制浆方案。

Abstract:Analysis and comparisons of wet mill mortar preparation and limestone powder mortar preparation systems,which are widely used in wet limestone-gypsum FGD devices,are carried out from several aspects,such as equipment,process,technical,and economic,etc.According to the fact that 1 000 MW unit projects have large limestone consumption,technically matured and operation economical limestone wet mill scheme is recommended from long-term operation point of view.
