摘    要:随着焊接理论研究以及计算机有限元模拟分析的快速发展,运用数值模拟计算和预测焊接残余应力的形成和分布已经可以获得比较理想的结果,但是由于焊接过程本身的复杂性和数值模拟的局限性,有限元模拟计算和实际测量的结果有时总是出入很大,因此焊接残余应力的实测仍然是有必要的.通过焊接过程的实时监测,对比焊接过程的有限元模拟结果,总结两者数值差异的原因,说明焊接过程的实际监测相较于有限元模拟的优越性,该实时监测技术可应用于结构健康监测系统.

Abstract:With the fast development of welding theory and computer finite element simulation analysis,the use of numerical simulation to predict the formation and distribution of welding residual stress can already get more satisfactory results.However,due to the limitations of the complexity of the welding process and numerical simulation,finite element simulation and the actual measured results are significantly different;so that the real-time measuring the welding residual stress is still necessary for engineering and research.Through the real-time monitoring of the welding process,and the resuts are compared with the finite element simulation results of welding process,the reasons of the difference of values between simulation and measuring on site are summarized,which shows the superiority of the actual monitoring of the welding process.Such real-time measuring technology can be used in structural health monitoring for welding steel structures.
