ZBF型分流式气举阀的研制与应用

针对文东油田气举井结盐、结蜡严重 ,以及使用常规气举阀阀座易刺坏 ,造成多点注气、检阀周期短和举升效率低等问题 ,研制了ZBF型分流式气举阀。该型气举阀可使环空液流在流经阀座前先流过分流套的挡圈和分流孔 ,减缓液流速度 ,减小液流对阀座的冲击 ,保护阀座不受伤害 ,从而延长气举阀的使用寿命。采用ZBF型分流式气举阀的气举井中 ,平均检阀周期延长了 6 2d ,对工作 6个月后的回收阀对比检查发现 ,气举阀完好率从 4 1%提高到 6 3%,有效地解决了文东油田气举井洗盐频繁、检阀周期短的问题

Development and application of Model ZBF gas lift valve

To prevent the valve seat from being damaged during operation in seriously salt- and paraffin-troubled wells, a bypass type gas lift valve, Model ZBF valve, is developed. This valve can make the fluid in the annulus flows through the retaining ring and bypass hole of the bypass sleeve before flowing across the valve seat, and slows down the flow speed of the fluid, thereby damps its impact on the valve seat and prevents the valve seat from being damaged. Application shows that, by using Model ZBF gas lift valve, the checking period of the valve is extended by 62 days, and service life of the valve is prolonged evidently.
