| 摘 要： | 介绍与60kt／a硫酸装置配套的N1．0-35型工业汽轮机的结构、技术参数以及一次振动故障。这次振动故障是由于机组中心发生变化以及齿轮联轴器内齿轮磨损而造成的。建议中小型汽轮机用户认真操作，严格管理，提高维修质量，以确保汽轮发电机组长期稳定运行。

| Abstract: | N1.0-35 steam turbine equipped for a 60 kt/a sulphuric acid plant is described with respects to its construction, technical parameters and a vibration failure caused by the movement of unite center and erosion of inner gear in coupling. It is suggested that the users of meddle-and small-size steam turbines should be serious with operation and management and improve maintenance to keep a long-term smooth operation of turbogenerator. |
