| Abstract: | According to the analysis of the needs for development in current architectural industry, the paper points out the necessity for the de- velopment from the supervision enterprise to the program management enterprise, introduces the management business scope of the project programs, and illustrates some aspects in the development, so as to extend the development of the program management industry. |
