摘    要:研究发展了通过将具有非线性柔性节点的多体系统离散为有限单元进行建模的方法。将连续元件的节点描述为特殊的节点单元,而非传统的非线性约束方程,节点单元可以方便地考察节点本身的柔性和元件之间复杂的时变接触。描述了非线性柔性铰接节点和齿轮节点单元的定义;建立了柔性多体系统的动力学模型,以实例展示了该方法的应用和分析精度。

Abstract:An approach to model multibody system with flexible non-linear gear joints is presented by discretizing the system into a set of finite elements. Joints between bodies are considered as some specific finite elements, instead that joints are treated as a set of nonlinear constraint equations. The flexibility of joints themselves and the complicated time-varing contact such as the gear meshing process can be easily considered. Revolution and gear joints are described. The approach has been coded into a program system, with which the non-linear dynamic analysis for flexible multibody can be carried out. A numerical example is given.
