江汉油田黄场低渗透区块油基压裂液室内研究

摘    要:江汉油田黄场区块油层渗透率差异系数大,属低孔、低渗地层,存在强水锁效应。通过试验优选出了适应本区块特点的油基压裂液。该油基压裂液利用黄场油田脱水原油为基液,选磷酸酯类LHPG02作为凝胶剂,使用偏铝酸钠作交联剂,强碱弱酸盐无水醋酸钠作破胶剂,配方为:JHYY (1.0%~1.5%)LHPG02 (0.09%~0.2%)NaAlO2 (0.07%~0.1%)NaAc。室内岩心伤害评价结果表明,该油基压裂液对黄场低渗透油藏岩心的渗透率恢复值最低为78.95%,平均为86.13%,对低渗透油藏有较好的保护效果。

Abstract:Large permeability variation coefficients, low porosity, low permeability and strong water lock exist in Block Huangchang in Jianghan Oilfield. Experiments were done to optimize the oil base fracturing fluids, in which the dewatered crude from Huangchang oilfield was used as the base fluid, LHPG02 (a phosphate) was used as the gelling agent, sodium metaaluminate as the cross-linking agent, and anhydrous sodium acetate as the gel breaker. The oil base fracturing fluid formulation was as follows: JHYY+-(1. 0%-1. 5%) LHPG02-K0. 09%-0. 2%) NaAlO2 + (0. 07%-0. 1%) NaAc. Core tests showed that the use of the new fracturing fluid gave birth to a minimum permeability recover rate of 78. 95%, with an average value of 86. 13%.
