摘    要:分析了导致醋酸单耗高的原因 ,指出醋酸燃烧过量是导致醋酸单耗高的主要因素。通过降低反应器混和进料中催化剂的浓度和向反应器中引入醋酸甲酯 2种措施降低了醋酸单耗。

Abstract:The reasons that causing high acetic acid unit consumption were analysed.It is pointed out that the over inflammation of acetic acid is the main factor that leading to the high acetic acid unit consumption.The unit consumption of acetic acid can be reduced by two measures.These two measures are reducing the mixture feed catalyst concentration in the reactor and adding methy1 acetate to the reactor.
