| 摘 要： | 从地基不均匀沉降、温度影响、承载力不足三方面分析了砌体结构裂缝产生的原因，并提出了相应的防治措施，以避免或减少裂缝对砌体结构的不良影响，从而提升砌体结构房屋的质量。
