摘 要: | 首先介绍龙门定位系统是以浮点数字信号处理器为基础的平台,推导出一个基于拉格朗日方程的龙门定位架3-DOF动态模型。采用PID算法探究龙门式精密定位平台在参数变化、摩擦力、外来干扰与多轴系统中交叉耦合干扰的影响下的控制性能。最后通过实验对印刷电路板的金属焊点缺陷进行检测,完成龙门定位平台智能控制的研究。

Abstract: | First introduced gantry positioning system based on a floating-point digital signal processor-based platform,and then derive the gantry positioning frame 3-DOF dynamic model based on Lagrange equation.Then explore the use of PID control algorithm Performance Gantry precision stage cross-coupling interference in the parameter variation,friction,foreign interference and influence in multi-shaft system. Finally,the experimental metal solder joint defects of the printed circuit board for testing,completed the study of intelligent control gantry positioning platform. |
