摘    要:在分析了交流接触器工作特点的基础上,设计了一套智能交流接触器软硬件实现方案。通过ATT7022E电量芯片采集处理交流信号,采用STM32微处理器做为控制器,控制双向可控硅模块和电源模块动作实现消除电弧、节能运行目的。同时利用LabVIEW编写上位机软件,实现了智能交流接触器的远程监控。

Design for the Control of Intelligent AC Contactor Based on STM32
Abstract:A intelligent AC contactor control system was designed after analyzing the performance characteristics of traditional AC contactor.It collects and processes AC signal with Electricity chip ATT7022E and use microchip STM32 as controller.It was designed to eliminate arc and achieve running economically by controlling the bidirectional thyristor module and power supply module.Meanwhile,a monitoring system was designed with use of LabVIEW.
