水电站运行管理中存在的问题与对策探析

随着我国经济的飞速发展以及社会主义现代化建设的逐步完善，科学技术水平不断完善，水电站运行管理作为电力平稳持续供应的主要方式，对人们的日常生活起到了重要的作用。现如今，由于管理上的漏洞，导致水电站的运行还存在很多问题，对于相关工作者而言不仅要确保工程的持续运转，还要做好日常监管与维修，定期更新设备。本文就结合我国水电站运行管理的现状，简单阐述一下其中存在的管理问题，并提出可行性对策予以完善，确保电力的平稳供应。

Problems and Countermeasures in operation management of hydropower station

With thegradual improvement of China's economy and the rapid development of socialist modernization and the level of science and technology continue to improve, hydropower station operation and management as a major means of steady and sustainable power supply,the people's daily life to an important role. Nowadays,due to loopholes in the management,resulting in hydropower station operation still exists a lot of problems,for relevant workers should not only ensure the project continues to run,but also do a good job daily supervision and maintenance,regularly updated equipment.In this paper,combined with the status quo of China's hydropower station operation management,briefly explain the existing management problems, and put forward the feasible countermeasures to improve,to ensure the smooth supply of electricity.
