航空发动机直读铁谱状态监测技术研究

摘    要:直读铁谱仪是一种用来确定润滑油中磨屑浓度和尺寸分布数据的设备,操作迅速、简便,且价格低廉,它可应用于油润滑的机器中作为防止失效的判断(预测)方法.为探索新型油液监测技术,对航空发动机进行准确的磨损状态监测及故障诊断,我们采用ZTP-X2型直读铁谱仪对某型航空发动机在用润滑油进行了跟踪监测,选择Is(磨损烈度指数)作为定量分析的判据判据,利用三线值法对某型航空发动机润滑油样的直读铁谱数据进行处理,并制定出了监测标准.诊断实践证明,直读铁谱监测特征参数Is的选择是合理准确的,基于三线值法建立的润滑油直读铁谱分析诊断标准具有良好的实效性,能够较准确地判断和预测航空发动机油润部件的磨损状态和磨损趋势.
