管式捻股机噪声控制

管式捻股机噪声源主要在筒体和齿轮箱体，其噪声控制筒体重点在筒壁厚度的设计、制造精度和使用时的维修质量；齿轮箱体内齿轮重点在制造精度和啮合质量，保证传动平稳；轴承重点在选择合适的轴承类型和精度，调整好间隙和预紧力。其余噪声源在三角皮带、链条传动等方面，提高其传动质量，才能有效地控制噪声源。
