顺序控制器在拉丝机控制系统中的应用

过去沿用的拉丝机滑差电磁调速控制系统，线路复杂，控制按键多，控制台占用面积大，不仅制造成本高，而且维修不方便。经多方案设计比较，最终采用以双４位串入—并出移位寄存器ＣＤ４０１５为核心元件，选用１４位二进制串行计数／分频器，由ＲＣ或晶振组成较高精度振荡器，制成顺序控制器，从而简化控制线路，方便实用。
