顺序控制器在拉丝机控制系统中的应用

摘    要:过去沿用的拉丝机滑差电磁调速控制系统,线路复杂,控制按键多,控制台占用面积大,不仅制造成本高,而且维修不方便。经多方案设计比较,最终采用以双4位串入—并出移位寄存器CD4015为核心元件,选用14位二进制串行计数/分频器,由RC或晶振组成较高精度振荡器,制成顺序控制器,从而简化控制线路,方便实用。

Abstract:The slide electromagnetic speed regulating controlling system of wire drawing machine used formerly with complicated circuits,many controlling keys and high making cost was inconvenient for maintenance,and its console occupied large areasAfter contrasting many design plans,double four digit series in parallel out shift register CD4015 is used as core component,fourteen digit binary serial count /counter down is adopted,oscillator with high precision consists of RC or piezo oscillator,which are made into sequence controllerIt can simplify controlling circuits,and it is convenient and practical
