摘    要:研究了一个基于Arena的多级库存系统成本优化问题的仿真模型.这个多级库存系统由3个零售商、一个分销中心和一个制造商组成.每个库存节点都使用(R,Q)策略.仿真综合考虑了零售商订单满足率和整个供应链的库存成本,即在满足一定的零售商订单满足率条件下,降低整个供应链上的库存成本,并通过建立Arena仿真模型,用寻优软件OptQuest来确定了各个零售商的最优订货点和订货批量,优化了供应链的总成本.研究结果表明,在解决实际比较复杂系统时,仿真方法比传统的数学解析方法更具优势.

Abstract:This paper describes a simulation model of a multi-echelon inventory cost optimization problems using Arena. There are three retailers,a distribution center and a manufacturer in the multi-echelon inventory system. Each member follows a continuous review (R,Q) policy.
