实时洪水预报模型及其在大盈江梁河段的应用

摘    要:对流域产流的物理过程进行了分析,建立了地面及地下净雨划分的数学公式及流域产流的计算方法.采用系统分析的方法,将流域汇流过程视为流域的系统作用,从而建立了地表径流和地下汇流的计算模型.同时对模型的预报值进行了修正,使得预报精度更高.通过对该实时洪水预报模型在大盈江梁河段的实际应用,验证了该模型的可行性.

Abstract:Based on analyzing the physical process of runoff generation,a method for partition of surface and ground net rainfall and runoff generation is proposed.A computation model for surface runoff and ground flow concentration is developed using a systems approach;and the forecasting results are modified to improve the model performance.The presented model is applied to the Lianghe reaches of the Daying River;and the results show that the model is applicable for flood forecasting.
