基于ANSYS的全地面起重机吊臂有限元参数化建模与分析

摘    要:针对全地面起重机吊臂在实际工作过程中组合方式多、起重量变化范围大等特点,将参数化建模引入到有限元分析过程中。结合ANSYS提供的二次开发工具APDL语言和DOS批处理语言,设计了一套面向全地面起重机吊臂的有限元参数化建模与分析程序,实现了对不同起重量、不同吊臂截面尺寸、不同吊臂节数和不同吊臂组合方式的全地面起重机吊臂有限元参数化建模与分析,大大提高了计算效率。

Abstract:Boom is one of the important work components in the crane,the strength stiffness directly affests the stability of crane work.With the characteristic of crance boom in practice like many combinations and changes of hanging weights in range,parametric modeling is introduced to finite element analysis process.This paper provides secondary development tools APDL language based on ANSYS and DOS batch language designed for all-terrain crane boom parametric modeling and finite element analysis program,to achieve crane parametric finite element modeling and analysis according to different fifting weights,different crane section size,different number of boom sections,different combinations of boom alll-terrain,greatly inproving the computational efficiency.
