飞云江大桥混凝土中性化分析与寿命评估

摘    要:通过对飞云江大桥混凝土结构耐久性的常规检测和中性化系数的计算分析,在只考虑中性化单一因素作用下,对混凝土结构的使用寿命进行了评估。结果表明,与其他类似工程相比,该桥混凝土中性化系数较小,T梁、盖梁和立柱的中性化系数分别为0.23,0.57,1.03mm/a0.5,相应的钢筋开始锈蚀时间分别为77.2,53.8,36.9年,保护层锈胀初裂的时间分别需164.3,140.1,75.8年。

Abstract:Through calculation and analysis on routine examination and neutralization coefficient of durability for concrete structure of Feiyun River Bridge,the service life of concrete structure was evaluated only considering neutralization of concrete single factor.The results show that the neutralization coefficient for concrete structure of Feiyun River Bridge is smaller than that of other similar projects.The neutralization coefficients of T beam,capping beam and column were 0.23,0.57,1.03mm/a0.5 respectively,the corresponding initiation time of reinforcement corrosion were 77.2,53.8,36.9a respectively,cracking time of concrete cover were 164.3,140.1,75.8a respectively.
