车用磁粉离合器控制器设计及性能分析

摘    要:车用磁粉离合器是一种新型汽车动力传递部件。在分析磁粉离合器工作特性的基础上,研究比较了多种磁粉离合器驱动控制方法,采用脉宽调制(PWM)驱动的方法设计研究了磁粉离合器驱动控制器,分析了其控制性能,结果表明,所研究的磁粉离合器控制器满足使用要求。

Abstract:The magnetic particle clutch for vehicle is a new type power transmitting component.Several driving control methods of the magnetic particle clutch are studied based on analyzing of working characteristics of the magnetic particle clutch.The driving controller of the magnetic particle clutch is designed and its driving mode of pulse width modulation(PWM) is adopted.Then its control performance is analyzed.The results show that the designed driving controller can satisfy the use requirement.
