基于公共设施角度的城市人居环境研究——以南京市为例

城市人居环境是人类经济、社会、文化发展的体现,它除了受自然因素的影响外,更多的受到人类各种活动的影响.本文以城市内部人居环境为研究尺度,从人的行为特点和需求出发,选择公共服务设施和公共空间等公共设施因子作为评价人居环境适宜性的因素,在将人们的日常生活分为基本生活圈和城市生活圈的基础上,研究城市内部人居环境质量的空间分布特点.并以南京市为例,定量评价城市内部人居环境适宜性的空间分布特征和不同层次人群需求的满足情况,发现城市内部人居环境分布具有明显的圈层分异的特点,不同层次人群需求的满足情况有所差异,并提出城市人居环境建设的优化措施.
