酸浸-置换工艺回收废甲醇催化剂中铜的研究

摘    要:对酸浸-置换工艺回收废甲醇催化剂中的铜进行了研究。酸浸实验中考察了酸浸时间、液固比、酸浸温度对铜浸出量的影响;置换实验中考察了pH、置换时间、置换温度对铜回收量的影响。研究表明,酸浸-置换工艺回收废甲醇催化剂中铜的最佳工艺条件为:酸浸时间80 min、液固比20:1、酸浸温度80℃、置换pH=5、置换时间60 min、置换温度65℃。每克废甲醇催化剂可回收铜0.4531 g。

Abstract:The recovery of copper from waste methanol catalyst by acid leaching-replacement process was studied. Through acid leaching experiments, effects of acid leaching time, liquid-solid ratio and acid leaching temperature on the copper leaching amount were reviewed. Through replacement experiments, the effects of pH, replacement time and replacement temperature on the copper recovery amount were investigated. The research results show that,the optimum conditions to recycle copper from waste methanol catalyst by acid leaching-replacement process are as follows: acid leaching time 80 min, liquid-solid ratio 20:1, acid leaching temperature 80 ℃, replacement pH 5, replacement time 60 min and replacement temperature 65 ℃. Under above conditions,0.4531 g of copper can be recycled from 1g waste methanol catalyst.
