摘    要:轻物质舍量超标的粗骨科用来拌制大坝混凝土,将对混凝土的强度、耐久性、变形性能产生不利影响,易导致裂缝产生,在高压水头的作用下,形成渗水通道.当混凝土受拉时极易从轻物质处断裂,影响大坝混凝土耐久性,危及大坝安全.国家相关规程中规定细骨料轻物质含量不大于百分之一,粗骨料中不允许含有轻物质.本文就粗骨料中轻物质的分选原理、工艺做了详尽阐述,同时对各种工艺作了经济比较.

Abstract:Concrete mixed with coarse aggregate with light substance content over standard have negative effect on the strength,durability and deformability of the concrete and lead to cracks easily. The seepage channel will be formed under the influence of the high-pressure water head. The concrete could be fracture easily on the position of the light substance when it suffered tension,which will destroy the durability and safety of the dam.
