紫外光电阴极研究进展

摘    要:本文对传统的紫外光电阴极以及新型的宽禁带半导体光电阴极进行了总结和分析,并介绍了它们目前的研究现状.同时,针对紫外探测的需求,提出了它们目前还存在的一些问题,并对未来改进紫外光电阴极性能提出了一些设想和方法.

Abstract:This paper introduced the development of traditional UV photocathode and wide band gap semiconductor photocathode Meanwhile,the existing problems of UV photocathode are proposed for the demand of UV detection,and some ideas and methods are given to improve the performance of UV photocathode in the future.
