深井巴东4井盐膏层钻井液技术

摘    要:巴东4井位于塔里木盆地西南凹陷玛扎克塔克构造带乌山构造,完钻井深6800m,钻遇埋藏深、厚度大的寒武系盐膏层,其间夹杂厚度不等且裂缝发育的白云岩、红色泥岩等,易发生井壁坍塌、井漏、缩径和卡钻等钻井复杂情况,钻井液流变性维护难度大。该文介绍了成功使用欠饱和盐水钻井液及维护其流变性的方法,对盐膏层钻井作业有一定的参考作用。

Abstract:The depth of well Badong 4 is 6 800 m, locating in Wushan structure, Tarim Basin. Thick cambrian gypsum formation interbedded with fissured dolomite & red mudstone is encountered during the drilling operation.The drilling problems are always incidental to gypsum formation.It is rather difficult to maintain the rheological property of drilling fluid during drilling gypsum zone.This paper presents the application and measures for maintaining rheological property of undersaturated salt mud.
