低品位钒矿直接酸浸提钒工艺研究

摘    要:针对提钒工艺现状存在问题,根据物理选矿结果,确定了抛尾富集物酸法直接浸出钒的工艺方法。通过浸出试验,对酸浸提钒阶段各影响因素进行优化。确定了适宜的磨矿粒度、酸度、浸出温度、液固比和浸出时间等工艺条件,钒的浸出率可达到90%以上。
