摘    要:在对水文学径流成因公式研究的基础上,推导出任意等流时线上任意时段的流量公式.从雨量传感器传回的实时雨量信息中挖掘出当前雨量信息集合,并将其作为公式的输入,即可获得等流线上的流量信息.最后以流量信息为基础,制作GIS专题图,实时展现了各等流时线上流量的大小,为预警决策提供了依据.

Abstract:Based on the studies of runoff formula, this paper deduced flood discharge calculation formula on arbitrary isochrones and periods. Current rainfall information set was mined from the mass data information that returned by the rainfall sensors. Using the information set as input parameter, the authors could obtain the flood discharge on any isochrone calculated by the formula. On the base of flood discharge information, the thematic map was drawn on Geographic Information System (GIS). It unfolded the magnitude of discharge on isochrones and provided evidence for early warning decision.
